As a former school governor Maurice saw for himself just how challenging, demanding, complex and changeable an environment teachers work in today. The challenges are as varied and as complex as they are enormous. Yet teaching staff achieve mammoth tasks every year with a mere fraction of the resources and support available to your average organisation. Keeping in mind that what happens in businesses and in the World in general in the future depends, to a large extent, as to what happens in our schools today, it seemed to Maurice that Head Teachers and their staff could use a little inspiration and help too.

Years 9, 10, 11 and lower 6th Personal Impact Workshops
Through carefully designed workshops young people are inspired to think differently and raise their awareness of just how much control they have, and the impact they have in their own personal lives and the world around them. These workshops focus specifically on communication skills, confidence building techniques and emotional intelligence.
